Updated purebred registration document includes section on Inspection Amnesty

Update to Update: Purebred INSPECTION AMNESTY runs through 2023 (inclusive). INSPECTION AMNESTY will run from 2017 to 2023 (inclusive), which will allow purebreds to be presented for inspection for Class 1 providing they are registered in the Main Section of the Irish Draught Horse Studbook. Purebreds descended from parents that are entered in the main section of the studbook (i.e., registered and classified as RID, CLASS 1, CLASS 2, AID or GRADE UP, ID, CLASS 4 or Uninspected) and have a pedigree established according to the rules of the studbook (i.e., DNA tested) are eligible. The progeny of Irish Draught Horse stallions/mares of CLASS 3 in the Irish Draught Studbook are not eligible for inspection. In addition, purebreds born 2017 through 2023 (inclusive) and descended from parents that are entered in the main section of the stud book (i.e., registered and classified as RID, CLASS 1, CLASS 2, AID or GRADE UP, ID, CLASS 4 or Uninspected) and have a pedigree established according to the rules of the studbook (i.e., DNA tested) will be eligible for inspection for Class 1 for their lifetimes.
